No Physical Shipping

Agdidverse sells digital products only. We do not ship any physical items, which means there are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, and no delivery wait times.

How Delivery Works

Once your payment is confirmed:

You will receive instant access to your download link(s) right after checkout
A confirmation email with your download link will also be sent to the email address you provided at checkout
You can access your files immediately — no waiting required

Accessing Your Files

To download and use your files, please make sure you have:

A stable internet connection to complete the download
The appropriate software to open your files (file format requirements are listed on each product page — e.g., Notion account for Notion templates, design software for cut files, etc.)

Didn't Receive Your Download Link?

If you completed your purchase but didn't receive access to your file:

Check your spam/junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there
Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct
If you still can't find it, contact us at agdidstore@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll resend your access link right away
